Pursuant to Article 14(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), please be informed that:

3) Your personal data will be processed to the extent and for the purposes necessary to comply with legal obligations and to perform the relevant internship contract with the labor office / internship financed from other sources / student internship, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR.

4) Recipients of your personal data may include entities authorized to receive data under applicable law, an accounting office, IT solution providers, entities involved in contract performance and affiliated business partners – Brix PSA and BGC Real Estate.

5) Your personal data has been obtained from the authority or entity that referred you for the internship or traineeship.

6) Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for the mandatory retention period applicable to the type of contract, as specified in relevant legal provisions.

7) You have the right to access your personal data, to request its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

8) These rights may be limited where the controller is legally obliged to process the data in order to comply with statutory requirements.

9) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
