Privacy Notice

Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), please be informed that:

1. The controller of your personal data is BGC Group Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Księdza Piotra Wawrzyniaka 6, 53-022 Wrocław.
2. The controller has appointed Andrzej Burkiewicz as Data Protection Officer. You can contact the Data Protection Officer in writing at the controller’s address or by e-mail at iod@bosetti.pl.
3. The purpose of processing is employment, social assistance, provision of non-statutory social benefits, and security and work organization:
   • pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 and the Labor Code of 26 June 1974, and
   • pursuant to Article 6(1)(a), as consent to transfer data to other entities,
   • pursuant to Article 6(1)(f), as necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the controller.
4. The recipients of your personal data may include entities authorized under applicable law, banks, IT solution providers, accounting firms, postal services, courier companies, insurance companies, occupational medicine providers, law firms, and affiliated business partners – Brix PSA and BGC Real Estate.
5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for 10 years after its termination, on the basis of the Labor Code, and in other cases until the cessation of business reasons and until the withdrawal of consent.
6. You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
8. The provision of personal data is mandatory where required by law, and voluntary in all other cases.
