6. Privacy Notice – Contracts and Contracts of Mandates
Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), please be informed that:
- The controller of your personal data is BGC Group Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Księdza Piotra Wawrzyniaka 6, 53-022 Wrocław.
- The controller has appointed Andrzej Burkiewicz as Data Protection Officer. You can contact the Data Protection Officer in writing at the controller’s address or by email at iod@bosetti.pl.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of contract performance – on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, to comply with the controller’s legal obligations – on the basis of Article 6(1)(c), and in connection with the controller’s legitimate interests – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f).
- The recipients of your personal data may include entities authorized to obtain personal data, banks, IT service providers, an accounting office, law firms, insurance companies, postal services, courier companies, and affiliated business partners – Brix PSA and BGC Real Estate.
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for the period specified in applicable legal provisions or based on the legitimate interest pursued by the controller (data is processed until the cessation of processing for business planning purposes).
- You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, data portability, erasure or restriction of processing.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
- Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide data may result in refusal to enter into a contract.
