Privacy Notice

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, please be informed that:

1. The controller of your personal data is BGC Group Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Księdza Piotra Wawrzyniaka 6, 53-022 Wrocław.
2. The controller has appointed Andrzej Burkiewicz as Data Protection Officer. You can contact the Data Protection Officer in writing at the controller’s address or by email at iod@bosetti.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed for direct marketing purposes or on the basis of your consent – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR within the legitimate interest of the controller, which is direct marketing, or Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in connection with the consent given.
4. If data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f), the personal data includes the following categories: email address, surname, first name.
5. If data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f), your personal data was obtained from one of the following sources: a purchased database, publicly available resources, or the internet.
6. The recipients of your personal data may include entities authorized to obtain personal data under applicable law, IT service providers, postal services, courier companies, and affiliated business partners – Brix PSA and BGC Real Estate.
7. Your personal data will be stored based on the legitimate interest pursued by the controller until you object or withdraw consent, if such consent was given.
8. You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
