3. PRIVACY NOTICE FOR PERSONS NAMED IN CONTRACTS
Pursuant to Article 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), please be informed that:
- The controller of your personal data is BGC Group Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Księdza Piotra Wawrzyniaka 6, 53-022 Wrocław.
- The controller has appointed Andrzej Burkiewicz as Data Protection Officer. You can contact the Data Protection Officer in writing at the Controller’s address or by e-mail at iod@bosetti.pl.
- Your personal data has been obtained from a contractor who designated you as a contact person for the purpose of managing the contract concluded with the controller. The personal data provided includes the following: full name, job title or function, and business contact details (including email address, telephone number).
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of contract performance, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, for the duration of the contract, and then until the expiration of the limitation periods for claims.
The legitimate interest of the controller is to enable communication related to the conclusion and performance of the contract, receiving and transmitting declarations of will of the parties to the contract, submitting potential complaints and claims, and after the termination of the contract, the necessity to establish, pursue or defend against potential legal claims. - The recipients of your personal data may include entities authorized to obtain personal data, banks, IT service providers, an accounting office, law firms, insurance companies, postal services, courier companies, and affiliated business partners – Brix PSA and BGC Real Estate.
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for the period specified in applicable legal provisions or based on the legitimate interest pursued by the controller (data is processed until the cessation of processing for business planning purposes).
- You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
- Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide data may result in refusal to enter into a contract.
