Privacy notice

Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), please be informed that:

1. The controller of your personal data is BGC Group Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Księdza Piotra Wawrzyniaka 6, 53-022 Wrocław.
2. The controller has appointed Andrzej Burkiewicz as Data Protection Officer. You can contact the Data Protection Officer in writing at the controller’s address or by email at iod@bosetti.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the relevant contract – on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – data necessary for contract performance, to identify authorised representatives of the relevant legal entity and maintain communications related to contract performance and, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, legitimate interest of the controller, which is establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims related to contract performance.
4. The recipients of your personal data may include entities authorized to obtain personal data, entities involved in contract performance and providers of IT solutions and services. Recipients may also include affiliated business partners – Brix PSA and BGC Real Estate.
5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for the period specified in applicable legal provisions or based on the legitimate interest pursued by the controller (data is processed until the cessation of processing for business planning purposes) or until the day of filing an effective objection.
6. You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
8. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, refusal to provide data may result in a refusal to enter into a contract.
