10. Privacy Notice for CV Applicants
Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), please be informed that:
- The controller of your personal data is BGC Group Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Księdza Piotra Wawrzyniaka 6, 53-022 Wrocław.
- The controller has appointed Andrzej Burkiewicz as Data Protection Officer. You can contact the Data Protection Officer in writing at the controller’s address or by email at iod@bosetti.pl.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process.
- Personal data specified in labor law provisions related to recruitment procedures will be processed pursuant to the provisions of the Labor Code (Article 221 of the Labor Code) and Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as data necessary to take steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract.
- Any additional personal data provided (e.g. image data) will be processed on the basis of your consent.
- The controller may also process your personal data for future recruitment processes, provided you give your consent.
- Any consent you provide may be withdrawn at any time.
- Recipients of your personal data may include entities authorized by law, IT solution providers, postal operators, law firms, and affiliated business partners, specifically: Brix PSA and BGC Real Estate.
- Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment procedure is completed. If you consent to the processing of your data for future recruitment purposes, it will be stored for a period of 36 months.
- You have the following rights:
- To access your personal data and obtain a copy thereof;
- To rectify (correct) your personal data;
- To restrict the processing of your personal data;
- To erase your personal data;
- To withdraw your consent at any time (where processing is based on consent);
- To lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (addressed to: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Polska).
- Providing personal data as required under Article 221 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing any additional personal data is voluntary.

By attaching my photo to the CV or providing personal data beyond the scope defined in Article 221 of the Labor Code, I confirm my consent for such data to be processed for recruitment purposes.
